General Conditions

Before booking one of our apartments, please read carefully all the general conditions of Residenza Principina to find out all the details. For any further information our staff will always be at your disposal:

Fees include:

  • Weekly linen shift
  • Free light, gas, air conditioning
  • Air Conditioning/Heaters
  • Swimming-pools
  • Free open unattended car park inside the complex
  • Initial and final cleaning, except for the kitchen area and the tableware, which are up to the customer

Fees don’t include:

  • kitchen area and the tableware cleaning (if not found clean, we will charge you extra € 30 extra)
  • Table linen
  • Toilet and kitchen soaps

Additional services on demand:

  • Wash-machine and tumble dryer with a € 4 token each
  • Wash-machine soap of € 0,5 per tablet
  • Extra bed linen on demand € 6 each
  • Extra bathroom linen on demand € 6 each
  • Extra cleaning except for the kitchen area € 40
  • Kitchen area cleaning € 30

Supplements: 

  • Extra bed depending on availability and according to the maximum number of people per apartment: : € 15 a day
  • Cradle depending on availability, € 10 per day (linen not available)

Pets: 

  • We accept 1 small to medium size pet  for apartment till 5 pets in total at the same time with a € 5,00 a day additional payment.
  • Your pets must be on a leash and they are not allowed in the swimming-pool, solarium area and in the restaurant-bar. The owners will have to make sure their animals don’t leave their own garden unattended
  • Dogs will have to be taken out of the area for their needs and the owners will always have to keep a bag for them to clean their animals’ dejections
  • In the respect of other guests, we can’t accept particularly noisy or aggressive animals. We will refuse to host or interrupt the guests’ stay at our discretion if that should happen.

  • Swimming Pools are open from 15/06 to 15/09
  • Swimming Pools are open from 9.30am to 8pm
  • It’s compulsory to wear swimming cups, which are available at our reception. Chaise longues and beach umbrellas are free, depending on availability. No towel is provided.

To confirm booking you have to send a 30% deposit of the amount of the whole staying ; the minimum amount requested being the equivalent of the first night fee. The deposit may be sent

  • By bank draft (always send the bank bookkeeping showing  payment by fax or by e-mail)
  • By authorization to drawing from your credit card. At the moment of payment La Residenza Principina will issue regular receipt note for fiscal purposes to be collected at Reception. Supply on arrival your revenue data  if you need invoice. Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Il settlement will take place on  arrival and may be effected cash for amounts lower than € 999,99, by Cash card or by Credit card No cheques will be accepted.

DEPOSIT of € 100 to be paid on arrival should you not be provided with a valid credit card

Check in: 16.00-19.00
Check out: within 10.00
For arrivals in hours different from those given guests have to point them out at the moment of booking so that agreements may be made

Cancellation Policy: 

The hotel agreement is regulated by law rules and by customary usage in hotels in the province of Grosseto. No refund is provided for in case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival. The deposit requested covers 3O % of the amount charged for the whole period. The minimum amount requested is  one night fee.

  • Up to 21 days before the estimated arrival date booking may be cancelled without any penalty and  1OO % of the deposit will be returned . The client may also choose not to be refunded and  make use of it in a different period according to hotel availability, and, however, within the year of reference
  • From 2O to 11 days before the estimated arrival date 50 % of  the deposit  will be held , after deducting  return expenses
  • From 10  to 0 days before the estimated arrival date 100 % of the deposi t will be held.
  • In case of NO-SHOW 100% of the deposit will be held
